Tegrino Studio offers free shipping on all online orders* worldwide.
- European Orders : Orders will be delivered in 10-15 business days.
- North American Orders : Due to the larger geographic area, orders will be delivered in 10-20 business days.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Tegrino Studio has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
- If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until Tegrino Studio has taken physical possession of the goods.
- Business/Working Days: Tegrino Studio can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is the coming Monday.
- The prices displayed on-site are our current prices, excluding possible taxes & customs fees and transaction fees that may apply. The customer bears responsibility for any such fees, please check your local laws. Price changes may happen at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping fees. WARRANTY
If your product has broken (and is the fault of Tegrino Studio) outside the 30-day return window, but within its warranty limit of one year. you may be eligible for free replacement or repair.
