Yes. Tegrino covers fit every generation of the Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay A9 and BeoSound A9 — BeoPlay A9 MK1, MK2, MK3, MK4 and the current BeoSound A9. The frame diameter has not changed across generations, so one size fits all of them.

Fabric covers: BeoPlay A6, A8 and M5, BeoSound Level, Shape, Stage, Edge and Theatre, and BeoLab 8 and 50. Aluminium covers: BeoLab 8, BeoLab 28 and BeoSound Theatre. For BeoSound 2 and BeoSound Balance we make floor stands rather than covers. If your model is not listed, write to us — we may already have the pattern.

It depends on the model. On the BeoPlay/BeoSound A9, the original cover lifts off first and ours takes its place. On every other model our fabric cover fits over the original, and nothing is removed. Aluminium covers always replace the original cover — the two cannot be fitted at the same time. In every case the original is left undamaged, so you can put it back whenever you want.

No. The fabric is an acoustic stretch textile chosen for sound transparency, and the aluminium covers are machined with an open cut pattern for the same reason. The speaker performs as Bang & Olufsen designed it.

Each BeoLab 8 cover carries 219 precision cuts. They let sound pass without obstruction, and they catch light in a way a solid surface cannot.

Under a minute. On the BeoPlay/BeoSound A9, lift off the original cover first, then secure the bottom of ours and stretch the fabric over the circular frame. On other models ours goes straight over the original. No tools and no rewiring either way.

The original cover comes off and the aluminium one clips onto the same mounting points. An aluminium cover is an alternative to the original, not an addition to it. No modification to the speaker, and it is fully reversible — keep the original and you can refit it at any time.

No. Nothing is glued, drilled or permanently attached. Every Tegrino cover can be removed and the speaker returned to its original condition.

Screens vary, and fabric reads differently under daylight and lamplight. We photograph every design in neutral light without colour correction, but a small difference between screen and room is normal. If a particular colour matters to your decision, write to us before you order and we will send you additional photographs taken in daylight.

Yes. Fabric covers are folded for shipping and light creasing is expected. Thirty seconds with a steamer, or a warm iron on the reverse at low heat, and it settles. The fabric is made to be stretched, so most creases disappear once it is on the speaker.

Vacuum on the lowest setting with a soft brush head, or lift dust with a lint roller. For a mark, dab with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Do not rub, do not machine wash, do not use solvent. Aluminium covers need only a dry microfibre cloth.

It is a woven acoustic textile with elastic recovery, not a printed film. It is covered by our two-year warranty against damage and colour fading.

Yes. Upload your artwork and we print it. We send you a preview for approval before anything is produced. Custom covers are made to order and cannot be returned, so take your time with the approval step.

Yes. We collaborate with artists worldwide on limited collections. If you are an artist and would like to work with us, write to us.

Standard shipping is free worldwide. Express is available at checkout for an additional charge. Large items such as floor stands ship at a separate rate, shown before you pay.

Not within the European Union. Orders delivered to an EU country arrive with nothing further to pay. Outside the EU it depends on your country's own rules — any import duty or local tax is the customer's responsibility, and your carrier will contact you if anything is due before delivery.

Write to us first and tell us what the problem is, with a photograph if you can. Most issues we can resolve without you sending anything back. Please do not ship anything to us before you have heard from us.

You have thirty days from the day it arrives. The cover needs to be in resalable condition. Write to us and we will arrange it.

Custom covers are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. This is why we send a preview for approval before production.

Two years, covering damage and colour fading. If either happens within that period, we replace the item.

No. Tegrino Studio is independent. We design and make accessories for Bang & Olufsen speakers; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Bang & Olufsen. All Bang & Olufsen product names are used for compatibility reference only.
