Legal information for customers in Japan
This page sets out the information required of a mail-order seller under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法). It applies to orders placed from Japan.

| Costs other than the product price | Shipping is free of charge; we bear the delivery cost. Import duty, consumption tax and any customs clearance handling fee levied on entry into Japan are payable by the customer and are collected by the carrier on delivery. These amounts are set by Japan Customs and are not included in the price shown at checkout. |

| Time of delivery | Orders are normally dispatched within one business day. Delivery to Japan usually takes approximately 7 to 14 days from dispatch. Made-to-order and custom-designed items are produced first and the production time is stated on the product page. |
| Returns and exchanges (special return terms) |
Unwanted items. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact shop@tegrino.com before sending anything back. The cost of return shipping is payable by the customer, and returns from Japan are sent to our Hong Kong address shown above. Once the item has been received and checked, we refund the product price to the original payment method. Custom-designed items. Items made to your own specification or personalised for you cannot be returned or exchanged, except where they are damaged or defective. Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph. We arrange a replacement or a full refund at our cost, including return shipping. Import duty and consumption tax already paid to Japan Customs are not refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim them directly from Japan Customs when the goods are re-exported. |
