Tegrino Studio offers free shipping on all online orders worldwide. European Orders: Orders will be delivered in 10-15 business days. North American Orders: Due to the larger geographic area, orders will be delivered in 10-20 business days (We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.)

We only ship on business days, and some shipping service providers can only provide us tracking information after the package been processed, some delays might occur.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
